    DAB stands for Digital Audio Broadcasting which means that radio can be broadcasted over a larger bandwidth as the signals are compressed, this is good as it allows users to have stronger connections to channels making it more convenient

    (b)  Explain two reasons why listening to radio via apps is more popular than listening via digital television (DTV).

    accessible when mobile which means that people can listen to radio on the go which is more convenient that needing to sit at home
