Mini Questions Unit 1 Feedback

It's an advantage to Disney being a conglomerate company implementing synergy and vertical integration, is that it gets to keep all of its profits within its business, for example with Disney now owning Fox, it can take full advantage of Fox's media distribution channels such as the Fox TV Network, in which it can broadcast shows such as The Simpsons, this is more efficient and profitable in the long term as even though the upfront cost of claiming ownership over Fox will have been expensive, Disney will no longer need to pay Fox to broadcast their shows and movies on channels owned by Disney, and also they will be able to integrate synergy and use that channel to promote and advertise other Disney products.

3 trends -  there is a curve showing between 2011 and 2016 there was a general increase in listeners and then between 2017 and 2020 it has began to curve into decline between 2016 and 2018 had the highest number of listeners for all categories overall 15-24 year olds listen to the radio on their smartphone or tablet more than 25 year olds I think that over time people started listening to love radio more on tablets and phones as technology was continuously progressing so that it is more accessible, this means that more people will be able to listen to the radio from different places, however i believe it stared to decline because of streaming, services such as Spotify, this is as on services such as these you don't have things such as news and if you have a membership you don't have adverts, this means it is more convenient to these age groups who may just want to listen to music and not have everything else. Moreover I also believe the changes may be due to changes in trend...
